Jedero — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Team Landscape ("Team Landscape," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of Jedero, our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.


1) Who We Are

Jedero is operated by Team Landscape, based in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Services if you are prohibited under applicable law.

4) Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.
  • Accounts registered by automated means are prohibited.
  • Unless we approve otherwise, each individual may hold only one account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use.

5) Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by emailing us at [email protected].

Important: Deleting your Jedero account does not cancel subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel subscriptions directly in your App Distributor account settings.

After deletion, some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention, security, or accounting), as described in our Privacy Policy.

6) Account Suspension or Closure

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services (in whole or in part) if, in our reasonable judgment, you violate these Terms, infringe third-party rights, misuse the Services, or create risk or harm to the Services, other users, or us.

Suspension or termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred before the suspension or termination.

7) The Services; Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services (including features) at any time. We may perform maintenance and take technical measures to protect users and our infrastructure. Availability may be affected by planned maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material interruptions.

8) Content, User Content & Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

Unless stated otherwise, the Services and all related content and materials (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Team Landscape and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content except as necessary to use the Services as intended.

8.2 Your Content ("User Content")

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (such as notes, checklists, photos, task data, or other materials you upload or create).

By submitting User Content, you grant Team Landscape a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to host, store, process, display, and otherwise use your User Content only to operate, provide, and maintain the Services; secure and prevent abuse of the Services; improve the Services (including troubleshooting and performance); comply with legal obligations; and enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and grant this license.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

  • access or attempt to access non-public systems or areas;
  • probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities;
  • interfere with the Services, including through malware, disruptive scraping, or automated misuse;
  • upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content; or
  • use the Services in a way that violates others' rights.

We may take actions we consider reasonably necessary to protect our legitimate interests, including investigating misuse and cooperating with lawful requests from authorities.

10) Mobile App Terms (Apple/Google)

Use License

If you access the Services via the App, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on devices owned or controlled by you, and to access and use the App strictly in accordance with this mobile application license in these Terms. You shall not:

  • except as permitted by applicable law, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App;
  • make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the App;
  • violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the App;
  • remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us or the licensors of the App;
  • use the App for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended;
  • make the App available over a network or other environment permitting access or use by multiple devices or users at the same time beyond store rules;
  • use the App for creating a product, service, or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or a substitute for the App;
  • use the App to send automated queries to any website or to send any unsolicited commercial email; or
  • use any proprietary information or any of our interfaces or other IP in the design, development, manufacture, licensing, or distribution of applications, accessories, or devices for use with the App.

Apple and Android Devices

When you use the App obtained from the Apple App Store or Google Play (each an "App Distributor"):

  • the license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on a device utilizing iOS or Android, in accordance with the App Distributor's usage rules;
  • Team Landscape is responsible for maintenance and support for the App; App Distributors have no obligation to furnish maintenance or support;
  • if any warranty applies under law or store policy and the App fails to conform, you may notify the App Distributor, which may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, App Distributors have no other warranty obligations;
  • you represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country and (ii) you are not listed on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
  • you must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App; and
  • App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of this mobile application license and may enforce these terms against you.

Add-ons to Satisfy Store Minimums

  • Product Claims: Team Landscape (not Apple/Google) is responsible, to the extent required by law, for addressing product claims relating to the App (e.g., legal/regulatory non-conformity, consumer protection/privacy).
  • Intellectual Property Claims: Team Landscape (not Apple/Google) is responsible, to the extent required by law, for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any third-party IP infringement claims alleging the App or your use infringes third-party rights.

11) Paid Products, Trials & Subscriptions

11.1 Paid Features

Certain features of the Services are offered on a paid basis. Pricing, plan details, and availability are displayed in the app and/or the App Distributor purchase screen and may vary by region.

11.2 Purchase and Delivery

Purchases made through an App Distributor are completed when you confirm the order through that App Distributor. Access to paid features is granted after we receive confirmation of your entitlement from the App Distributor and/or our subscription provider.

11.3 Trials & Introductory Offers

We may offer free trials or discounted introductory offers. Unless you cancel before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and applicable fees will be charged automatically by the App Distributor.

11.4 Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You must cancel in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Renewal charges typically occur shortly before the end of the current billing period, as determined by the App Distributor's rules.

11.5 Price Changes, Taxes, and Fees

We may change pricing as permitted by law and App Distributor rules. Where required, you will be notified through the App Distributor's interface or other required mechanism. Taxes, foreign exchange fees, and carrier charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.

11.6 Failed Payments, Chargebacks, and Reversals

If a payment fails, is charged back, or is reversed, access to paid features may be suspended and related entitlements may be revoked.

11.7 Plan Changes and One-Time Purchases

Upgrades, downgrades, and proration follow the App Distributor's rules. One-time purchases (if offered) are delivered after payment confirmation and are subject to the App Distributor's refund policies.

11.8 Local Consumer Rights

Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction override these Terms where required by law.

12) Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK/EEA Consumers)

If you qualify as a consumer under applicable EU/UK/EEA law, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain digital purchases within 14 days, subject to legal conditions and exceptions, including where you have consented to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledged loss of the right to withdraw.

If your purchase was made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, withdrawal and refund requests are generally handled through the App Distributor's processes and policies. Where applicable and permitted, you may also contact us at [email protected] with an unequivocal statement of withdrawal, and we will assist as appropriate within the constraints of App Distributor rules and applicable law.

13) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Services may use service providers, such as analytics, crash reporting, and subscription management providers, as described in the Privacy Policy.

14) Household Safety Note

Jedero provides planning, reminders, and habit-tracking tools. It does not provide professional safety, medical, or technical advice. You are responsible for using appropriate caution when performing household tasks, including following product labels and safety instructions, using protective equipment where appropriate, avoiding unsafe chemical combinations, and seeking professional help for hazardous situations or specialized work.

15) Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Landscape and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us (through the App Distributor) for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17) Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Landscape and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights. This section does not apply where prohibited for consumers under applicable law.

18) Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications electronically (such as in-app notices or emails) and agree that electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written communications to the extent permitted by law.

19) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require another venue. Mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction prevail where applicable.

20) Dispute Resolution & Consumer ADR

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the dispute informally. We will review complaints and respond within a reasonable period, typically within 21 days.

Where required by law, consumers may have access to alternative dispute resolution options provided by relevant consumer authorities in their jurisdiction.

21) Assignment; No Waiver; Severability; Entire Agreement

  • Assignment: We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, taking your legitimate interests into account. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
